WOMEN’S GROUPS
Journey is a healing and freedom-seeking support group for women who struggle with addictive sexual behavior including: practicing masturbation, consuming pornography, sexually fantasizing about men that are not your spouse, i.e. someone you know in person, a fantasy character from books, television or other media outlets, sexual activity outside of marriage or other sexual struggles.
This confidential group is rooted in Scripture and what the Bible has to say about our sexual desires and the reality that God wants more for us. You don’t have to walk alone in sin or shame—you can find freedom through Christ. Confidential registration available by contacting Alisha Mosher at 701-739-2892 or [email protected] if interested. Registrations will not go through the church office.
Disclaimer: this is not a therapy or counseling group and exists solely for the purpose of providing support and accountability. This group meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday evenings of the month and is not curriculum-led, so you do not have to worry about missing a meeting or homework.
You are not alone; this group is for women who may struggle with sadness, shame, guilt, depression or even numbness from their abortion experience. Women who have experienced abortion will find their path out of brokenness into a place of healing. With compassion and understanding, a leader who has traveled the same path will encourage and support participants in their journey toward healing. There is grace, hope and healing available to you.
Confidential registration available by contacting Cristina Emigh (630-888-7351 or [email protected]) if interested. Registrations will not go through the church office.
