Bob Fox (Lead Pastor)
Bob and Debbe founded Red Mountain with 6 other families in March of 1990. Bob is passionate about the teaching and study of God¹s Word and seeing God¹s people live for the Kingdom. Debbe is passionate about kids and has been teaching pre school for 20 years. Bob graduated from Biola University and then from Western Seminary. In his spare time, Bob loves to ride his mountain bike and work with his hands. He and Debbe have been blessed with 4 kids and 5 grandkids.

Keith Braun
Keith and his wife Nancy (Women's Ministry Pastor) have been at RMCC since 1996. They have four kids and five grandkids. Keith graduated from Biola University, University of Arizona Medical School, and has attended Western Seminary. He enjoys teaching God's word, the great outdoors, short-term missions, and fixing people and things that are broken.

Tobin Cookman
Tobin was born and raised in the Phoenix area. He married his wife Jennifer after graduating from college in 1987. He and his family joined RMCC in 2000. Tobin and Jennifer have been blessed with 4 beautiful children who love to hike, play games and sit together and talk. Tobin is focused on learning to give God the glory and seeking His will in all aspects of his life.

Pete Crimmins
Pete and Missy were married while attending Northern Arizona University in 1987. They have 3 children of whom they are very proud. The family began attending RMCC in 2000 with Pete joining the elder board in 2007 where he serves on the shepherding and administrative sub-committees. Missy is very active in the women's ministry and truly enjoys her role. Together they are involved in pre-marital mentorship and marriage and family ministry.

Rex Griswold
Rex and Mary Ellen have been married 36 years and met while Rex was attending Cornell University.They feel blessed to be one of the founding families of Red Mountain Community church along with their three daughters: Lee, Gwen, and Ellen. Rex and Mary Ellen are active in the Children's ministry where their four grandchildren attend.

Preston Hancock (Executive Pastor)
Preston and Tobi have been married for twelve years and have been a part of the staff of RMCC since 2002. Preston has a passion for God’s Word, leadership, and helping people be active in their faith. As Executive Pastor, he works with the Elders and Staff to determine and work out our vision and calling as a church. Tobi is a member of the Children’s Ministry staff. Preston enjoys reading, Indian food, the NFL and English Premier League Soccer, and spending time with Tobi and his two girls, Caitlyn and Maddy. He also hopes one day (soon) to finally finish his seminary education!

Paul Klimke
Married for 35 years, and high school sweethearts, Paul and Debbie have witnessed first hand God's great blessings through adversity and triumph. They have three children, three grandchildren, and enjoy every minute they can with them. Paul is a licensed and certified Mortgage Banker

Dave Lindstrom
Dave and Linda were blessed to help start Red Mountain Community Church and have dedicated their lives to serving Yahweh. Dave has a passion to live his life through the grid of Scripture which he studies and teaches and is seeking fluency in Hebrew and Greek. They have two daughters and a son-in-law who also love and serve the Lord. Dave graduated from ASU, Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, and Phoenix Seminary.

Kevin Norton
Kevin has attended Red Mountain Community Church since 1997 and has been an Elder since 2001. Kevin appreciates the strong commitment of the church to the study of the Bible and how it applies to everyday life. Kevin and his wife Trudy have been married for 30 years and have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

Bob Pratt
Bob grew up in Wisconsin, but has lived most of his adult life in Mesa, AZ . He and his wife Diane have raised two wonderful children, Matthew and Sarah. Bob has had the pleasure of serving on the elder boards of three different churches in the Mesa area. Coming to a personal knowledge of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as adults and seeing the difference it has made in their lives, Bob and Diane have a great passion to share the Gospel. Bob loves the focus of RMCC and is excited to be about the mission of sharing the truth in love so people can know, follow, and give themselves to Christ Jesus.

Richard Weisenburger
Richard and Thais have been a part of RMCC since 1994. Their son David currently attends Grand Canyon University. Richard loves teaching to see people grow in their understanding of Jesus Christ and in their wonder of God's beauty and grace. When he is not studying you will likely find him gazing at the stars.
