Bob Fox
Bob and Debbe founded Red Mountain with 6 other families in March of 1990. Bob is passionate about the teaching and study of God¹s Word and seeing God¹s people live for the Kingdom. Debbe is passionate about kids and has been teaching pre school for 20 years. Bob graduated from Biola University and then from Western Seminary. In his spare time, Bob loves to ride his mountain bike and work with his hands. He and Debbe have been blessed with 4 kids and 5 grandkids.

Pastor of Women’s Ministry
Nancy Braun
Nancy oversees our Women Ministries here at RMCC. She is passionate about discipling women, reading, hiking, and of course, her grandkids. Nancy joined Red Mountain's team in January 2002, but her and her husband, Keith, who also serves as one of our elders, have been a part of our church since 1996.

Pastor of Marriage and Family Ministry
Tony Curtisi
Tony is our Chicago boy whose dream has always been to own a 1959 Chevy Impala SS. He and his family joined us in July 2007. Tony and Christine have 4 amazing kids and love to camp together and also love to sit together and talk. Tony is focused on leading men, women, and children to pursue the heart of Jesus in all they do.

Director of 5th-8th Grade
Dylan Davey
Dylan came to know the Lord at Red Mountain's High School Ministry and he has served as an intern in the Junior high, a director in 5th and 6th and now he has grown to oversee both those areas. He is a graduate of Southwestern Bible college and he loves investing his time in students lives.

Pastor of Worship Arts
Matt Gibson
Matt oversees all the worship that happens on the campus here at RMCC. Matt is passionate about reminding people of God¹s incredible story and our response to the One who gave us life. When he is not at the church, you'll find Matt discipling young men, songwriting, spending time with his family, or his nose buried in a book. Matt and Adrienne have been married for 11 years and have 2 children. Matt joined our team in January 2008.

Executive Pastor and Elder
Preston Hancock
Preston and Tobi have been married for twelve years and have been a part of the staff of RMCC since 2002. Preston has a passion for God’s Word, leadership, and helping people be active in their faith. As Executive Pastor, he works with the Elders and Staff to determine and work out our vision and calling as a church. Tobi is a member of the Children’s Ministry staff. Preston enjoys reading, Indian food, the NFL and English Premier League Soccer, and spending time with Tobi and his two girls, Caitlyn and Maddy. He also hopes one day (soon) to finally finish his seminary education!

Pastor of Childrens' Ministry
Rudy Jackson
Rudy was born and raised in Southern California. It was during his childhood that he believed in Jesus as his Savior. He attended Tennessee State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree and discerned God’s call to be a pastor. He moved to Arizona in 2002 and has worked for over 10 years in pastoral ministry. He is a graduate of Phoenix Seminary, where he earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in biblical communication. Rudy is happily married to Kelly Jackson and they love and enjoy their two children. Rudy likes playing football and pool volleyball, going on walks and scenic drives, dining out, and hosting parties. Rudy joined our team in October of 2011.

Pastor of High School Ministries
Joel Mayward
Joel loves students, film, reading, his wife, and his son. Joel oversees our High School Ministry. He and Katie moved here from the Northwest to join our staff in October of 2007. Joel has a heart to see students come to know Jesus and to pursue a life of Kingdom living.

Pastor of Administration
Tony Nave
Tony was born in Spokane, Washington, but Arizona is his home. He started coming to Red Mountain in high school and has been here ever since. He has a bachelor's degree in construction management from ASU and a Master of Arts in biblical leadership from Phoenix Seminary. He started in ministry as an intern in the Jr. High ministry in 1999 and followed his calling into full time ministry. He was our Jr. high pastor for six years and transitioned into our administrative pastor position in 2007. Tony and his wife Holly have two sons Elijah and Elliott. Tony is currently facilitating our building program for the Life Center as well as overseeing our current facilities and communications. On a side note he likes taking stuff apart and can fix most anything.

Pastor of Spiritual Formation
Carlyle Naylor
Carlyle & Tina are about to begin celebrating their 26th year of being happily married to each other. They feel blessed to have given the majority of their adult life to church ministry, teaming together as church planters before coming to RMCC in 2005. Carlyle is a change-agent helping to bring people to life-changing encounters with Yahweh and His Word. He is an avid cyclist (road and mountain) and loves to read.

Mark Staples
Mark and his family moved here from Portland to join our team in September of 2006. Mark oversees our student ministries department and leads our intern team. He and his wife, Candace have 4 children and are loving the busyness of their family life. Mark is passionate about mentoring students to be followers of God in the way of Jesus.

Director of Family Ministry
Della Zwick
Della and her husband Robin have been members at RMCC since 2002. On any given Sunday you might find them teaching the four-year-old Sunday School class or leading a worship service at a nearby nursing home. They have two wonderful sons. Della has been on staff as the Director of Family Ministry since 2007. She has a special interest in helping people who are going through difficult times in their lives to see Jesus in the midst of their pain. In her spare time Della loves to read, cook, and listen to music.
